The H2EcOTrim is a programmable water jet fiberglass cutting machine. It eliminates the problems with traditional fiberglass cutting such as dust, employee PPE and injuries due to cutting accidents. This waterjet fiberglass cutting system is custom built for your parts.
Insert part to be cut, shut door, and all trimming, no matter the direction, is done up to 3-5 times faster than traditional fiberglass cutting.
One of the biggest issues with conventional saw based composite trimming is the creation of dust. Dust necessitates PPE for employees, messy clean up and problems when it collects on equipment, rafters, molds etc. Carbide or diamond saws require expensive dust collection equipment to "control" the dust. No cutting injuries
With conventional manual or semi-auto saw fiberglass cutting, there is the safety hazard of the operator being cut or injured by the saw. The H2ecOtrim is completely enclosed and eliminates any risk of fiberglass cutting injuries occurring in your facility
The H2EcOTrim uses only water and no cutting agents. This water is filtered, treated and recycled within the system. Water within and entering the system is also treated to prevent any sort of organic growth. The water recycling system is custom made for each unique application. The system is able to purify the dirtiest municipal water supply, anywhere, to provide ultra-clean water to the high pressure pump
The H2EcOTrim gives a cleaner cut than saw fiberglass cutting. The H2EcOTrim with a tiny stream of water allows for clean, fast, accurate, curve capable cutting of FRP. This process allows for details to be cut during hole-making, the hole does not need to be round. Locating/indexing features can be used on your products

Each system is designed to optimize composite or fiberglass cutting for your specific parts and unique needs. Data collection for ERP is possible. Camera monitoring systems can be included.
